| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je proces hypotečního úvěrování v podmínkách českého bankovnictví. Cílem práce je poskytnout čtenáři komplexní náhled na složitost a problematiku všech fází procesu hypotečního úvěrování, bez nutnosti použití jiné odborné literatury. Na práci je nahlíženo z pohledu bankovní instituce i klienta, který se rozhoduje žádat o hypoteční úvěr. Celý proces je rozdělen do čtyř originálních fází, které jsou následovně jednotlivě rozebrány na základě časové souslednosti. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this Bachelor is the process of mortgage lending in the conditions of the Czech banking. The objective of the work is to provide readers a comprehensive view of the complexity and the issue of all phases of the process of mortgage loans without having to use other technical literature. The work is seen as seen from the banks, its rights and obligations, and the client that the decision is to apply for a mortgage loan. The entire process is divided into four stages, which are genuine steps individually depth based on continuity in your time. |
