| Abstract: | Obsahem této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza stavebního podniku S.O.K. stavební s. r. o., vypracovaná za účelem jeho pozdějšího ocenění. V postupu finanční analýzy jsem se nejdříve zaměřil na analýzu účetní politiky společnosti, především kvůli další interpretaci údajů z účetních výkazů. Dále jsem sestavil analýzu účetních výkazů. Zvolil jsem formu přehledu výkazů v absolutním vyjádření, vertikální a horizontální analýzu těchto výkazů a jejich stručné zhodnocení. V další části jsem vybral, z mého pohledu, relevantní poměrové ukazatele pro daný podnik a provedl zde jejich analýzu jak z časového, tak prostorového hlediska. V neposlední řadě je součástí této práce i ukazatel ekonomické přidané hodnoty EVA, který dokazuje, že podnik je schopen tvořit hodnotu. Na závěr jsem všechny části finanční analýzy zhodnotil a došel k závěru, že předpoklad going concern je u daného podniku splněn a v případě, že by byl podnik oceňován, se jako nejvhodnější jeví výnosová metoda ocenění. |

| Abstract: | The subject matter of this bachelor work is a financial analysis of the construction company S.O.K. stavební s. r. o., worked out for the purpose of its later valuation. In advance of the financial analysis, I first focused on an analysis of the company's accounting policy, mainly with a view to the further interpretation of the results from the account sheets. Then I made an analysis of the account sheets. I choose the form of an account sheets overview in absolute expression, vertical and horizontal analyses of these sheets and their brief evaluation. In the next part I choose, from my standpoint, the relevant business ratios for this company and I perform their spatial and temporal analysis. Another part of this work is economic value added (EVA), which proves that the company is able to generate value. In conclusion I evaluated all parts and I found that the conditions for a "going concern" are fulfilled and in case we wish to value the company at this time , one of the discounted cash flow methods would be the best. |
