| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zbývá problematikou srozumitelnosti hypotečního trhu v České republice z pohledu klienta a dále zkoumá komplikovanost právní úpravy ochrany spotřebitele na zmiňovaném trhu. Praktická část této práce analyzuje dodržování etických pravidel hypotečních bank a působnost tzv. "hypotečního kodexu" na českém hypotečním trhu. |
