| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na uvažovaní podnikatelů a jejich vnímání rizika. V úvodní části v krátkosti přibližuji, čím se práce zabývá, popis jednotlivých kapitol a cíl práce. Práce je dělena na část teoretickou, kde jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s podnikatelem a podnikáním, v níž jsou dále popsány faktory ovlivňující riziko, riziko samotné a jeho analýza vzhledem k podnikání i osobnímu životu podnikatele. Část praktická obsahuje analýzu dat získaných během hloubkového rozhovoru s jednotlivými podnikateli. Analýza je provedena na základě a v návaznosti na část teoretickou. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on entrepreneurial thinking and on the perception of risk of particular entrepreneurs. The introduction acquaints the reader with the thesis scope and contains descriptions of particular chapters. The thesis goals are also described shortly. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- a theoretical part and an applied (practical) part. The theoretical part includes entrepreneurial factors which influence entrepreneurial risk, a description of risk, and a risk analysis with respect to entrepreneurs` working and personal life. The applied part contains data analysis which was gathered during in-depth interviews with particular entrepreneurs. Analysis is drawn up based on the theoretical aspects. |
