| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá lidským kapitálem a investicemi do vzdělání v ČR. Cílem této práce je popsat a zmapovat postavení absolventů vysokých škol na pracovním trhu. V teoretické části je definován pojem lidský kapitál a jeho historický vývoj. Dále jsou zde popsány přístupy k lidskému kapitálu. A to jak makroekonomický přístup, tak i mikroekonomický přístup. Na závěr teoretické části jsou rozpracovány investice do lidského kapitálu s důrazem na investice do vzdělání. O problematice ve vzdělání se zabývá i praktická část práce. Na začátku je zmapována situace terciárního školství v ČR. Další část se již zaobírá postavením absolventů na pracovním trhu, přičemž je zde rozpracována úspěšnost a neúspěšnost absolventů na pracovním trhu. |

| Abstract: | This work deals with human capital and investment in education in the Czech republic. The aim of this work is to describe and map the position of graduates in the labor market. In the theoretical part is defined the term human capital and its historical development. Furthermore, there are described approaches to human capital. Both macroeconomic approach and the microeconomic approach. At the end of the theoretical part are elaborated investment in human capital with emphasis on investment in education. The practical part of the work also deals with the issue of education. The beginning of the practical part map the situation of tertiary education in the CR. Another part deals with the status of graduates in the labor market. Also there is discribed the success and failure of graduates in the labor market. |
