| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do šesti základních kapitol. V první kapitole práce popisuje historii peněz a jejich padělání. Druhá kapitola obsahuje shrnutí právních úprav, které se týkají emise peněz a ochrany platidel v ČR. Ve třetí kapitole práce popisuje jednotlivé trestné činy hospodářské proti měně podle stávající a nové úpravy trestního zákoníku. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována ochraně českých bankovek a mincí. Pátá kapitola se věnuje popisu padělatelů a padělků. V šesté kapitole jsou uvedeny některé zajímavé judikáty z oblasti padělání a pozměňování peněz. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is divided into six chapters. It focuses on the history of money and counterfeiting, describes different legislation dealing with counterfeiting. In detail, the thesis deals with the Czech legislation according to the current and prospective penal code. The fourth chapter is dedicated to the anti-counterfeiting features on current Czech bills and coins. The fifth chapter describes counterfeiters and counterfeits and the last chapter is dedicated to the interesting Czech adjudications in this field. |
