| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám vybranými legislativními opatřeními vlády USA od roku 1977 do roku 2004 ve vztahu k hypoteční krizi, která propukla v roce 2007. V úvodní kapitole shrnuji ekonomické aspekty finanční krize, hospodářské a ve stručnosti i celospolečenské pozadí celého problému. Nosným prvkem práce je utřídění vybraných legislativních faktorů, příčin jejich přijetí a pokus o vyjádření jejich důsledků. Docházím k závěru, že podpora růstu prostřednictvím vybraných opatření, bez konkrétní vize o jeho podobě, byla nezanedbatelnou součástí finanční krize, která vyvstala v sektoru hypotečním. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on selected legislative factors occuring from 1977 to 2004 connected with the mortgage crisis which started in 2007. In the first part, I am summing up economical, political and in a nutshell the social environment background of the problem. The main aim of the thesis is to organize the chosen legislative factors according to their origins and evaluating their impact. I am coming to a conclusion that the support of an unvisionary growth was an indispensable part of the crisis which came out in the mortgage sector. |
