Analyzovala jsem historický vývoj rodinného podnikání, perspektivy rodinného podnikání v České republice a problematiku následnictví v rodinných firmách. V druhé části jsem si zvolila dvě konkrétní firmy v regionu Jižní Čechy a zpracovala případové studie. |

I analyzed the historical development of family business, perspectives of family business in the Czech Republic and issue of succession in family firms. In the second part, I chose two particular family firms in the region of South Bohemia and I prepared case studies. |
