| Abstract: | Práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá základními pojmy z oblasti oceňování nemovitostí, institucemi z oblasti oceňování majetku a metodami, které se při oceňování nemovitostí používají. V praktické části je oceněna konkrétní nemovitost, a to rodinný dům s příslušenstvím v Červeném Kostelci. Ocenění je provedeno administrativním způsobem podle oceňovací vyhlášky. |
