| Abstract: | Námětem své diplomové práce jsem si zvolil sekuritizaci pohledávek a její podíl na hypoteční a následně i finanční krizi. Tento významný trend, který se prosazuje na finančních trzích v posledních letech, sehrál významnou roli jak při vzniku krize samotné, tak při jejím následném šíření do dalších zemí. Cílem práce je tedy objasnit roli sekuritizace v současné krizi, objasnit její dopady na finanční trh, poukázat na její rizika a navrhnout možnosti jejího budoucího vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The theme of my thesis is the role of securitization of assets in American sub prime crisis and following global financial crisis. The trend of securitization was putting through on financial markets in last decades. This trend played important part in the beginning of crisis and also in its spreading in other countries and other industries of economy. The goal of my thesis is to reveal the role of securitization in the contemporary crisis, show its impact on financial markets, point out its risks and propose the possibilities of its future development. |
