| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo analytické zmapování vybrané části trhu dodavatelů technologií a služeb pro výrobu elektrické energie z alternativních zdrojůe v ČR s využitím informací dostupných z otevřených zdrojů. Druhým cílem bylo ověření funkčnosti zpravodajského cyklu v případě oddělení sběratelské a analytické činnosti. K dosažení těchto cílů bylo vytvořeno 35 analytických rešerší vypracovaných studenty předmětu 4IZ210 vyučovaného v zimním semestru 2009. V jednotlivých rešerších byly označeny entity a vazby pomocí makra firmy Tovek a dále zpracovávány nástrojem Analyst's Notebook. Výsledkem je Topic Mapa obsahující cca 2.000 entit a zhruba stejné množství vazeb, které byly upravovány a vyhodnocovány z hlediska využitelnosti pro Competitive Intelligence. Struktura práce kopíruje zpravodajský cyklus a to od identifikace potřeb, přes sběr dat, až po analýzu výsledků. V závěru práce jsou formulována některá doporučení, která by v případě dalšího pokračování projektu umožnila zvýšit kvalitu zpracovávaných informací a optimalizovat celý zpravodajský cyklus. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to analytically map part of alternative energy technology and services suppliers market in the Czech Republic based on the publicly available information. In the process, I tried to verify the division of the intelligence cycle into separate collecting and analyzing parts. To achieve this goal thirty five analytic documents were created by class 4IZ210 students in the winter semester of 2009. In these documents, the entities and the links between them were tagged using a macro developed by the Tovek company and processed in Analyst's Notebook. The result is a Topic Map containing around 2.000 entities and similar amount of links, which were adjusted and evaluated to formulate competitive intelligence conclusions. The structure of this thesis copies intelligence cycle, from the identification of the client's requirements, through data collecting to results analysis. At the end, some suggestions were made to help to increase the overall efficiency and optimize the intelligence cycle. |
