| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje možnostem aplikace metod marketingu v oblasti lázeňství a využití těchto metod v praxi u konkrétního subjektu. Teoretická část shrnuje možnosti aplikace metod marketingu v oblasti cestovního ruchu, především lázeňství. Praktická část práce obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, které mělo za účel zjištění spokojenosti se službami poskytovanými lázeňským subjektem. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení ke změnám v oblasti poskytovaných služeb a marketingu společnosti Lázně Poděbrady a.s. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with possibilities of application of marketing techniques in the spa tourism and use of these methods in practice for a particular company. The theoretical part summarizes the application of marketing techniques in the field of tourism, especially the spa tourism. Practical work includes the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, which was designed to determine satisfaction with services provided by spa company. At the end of the work, there are recommendations for changes in services and marketing of the company Spa Podebrady a.s. |
