| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje modernímu konceptu řízení Corporate Performance Managementu, který vychází ze speciálních metodik, procesů, metrik a nástrojů určených pro měření výkonu podniku. První část práce popisuje základní koncepci CPM a jeho teoretické přístupy a pokračuje popisem aktuálního stavu na trhu a rozdělení dodavatelů dle typu vyvíjených řešení. Další části práce jsou praktické a souvisí se samotným testováním aplikací. Nejprve jsou nadefinována kritéria pro určitou skupinu CPM nástrojů a na jejich základě jsou analyzovány dvě vybrané aplikace. Výstupem této práce je zhodnocení testovaných aplikací, které představuje vlastní názor na práci s nimi. Právě tato část představuje největší přínos práce. |

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the modern management concept of Corporate Performance Management, which is based on specific methodologies, processes, metrics and tools for measuring enterprise performance. The first part describes the basic concepts of CPM and its theoretical approaches and the current state of the market and the distribution of suppliers by the type developed solutions. The second part is devoted to testing CPM applications. First, the criteria are defined for a specific group of CPM tools and on the basis of these criteria are analyzed two selected applications. The output of this paper is review of these CPM applications from my point of view, which is the main benefit of this paper. |
