| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá kulturními rozdíly mezi Českou republikou a Ruskem a jejich vlivem na vzájemnou obchodní spolupráci. Nejprve je popsána obecná charakteristika Ruska a jeho mezinárodní vztahy. Následuje vysvětlení pojmu kultura, porovnání ČR a RF na základě kulturních dimenzí Geerta Hofsteda a seznámení se specifiky ruské kultury, business etiketou a ruským obchodním jednáním. Závěr práce je věnován vlastnímu výzkumu, kde jsou shrnuty názory a vzájemné pohledy Rusů a Čechů na sebe sama. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor work deals with the cultural differences between the Czech Republic and Russia and their impact on mutual business co-operation. At first, the general characteristics of Russia and its international relations are described. The following is an explanation of the concept of culture, compared to CR and RF on the basis of cultural dimensions of Geert Hofstede and getting to know the specifics of Russian culture, business etiquette and Russian trade negotiations. The conclusion is devoted to his own research, which summarizes the opinions and views of each other Russians and the Czechs themselves. |
