| Abstract: | Teoretická část práce je věnována legislativním požadavkům na řízení vztahu s dodavateli a na management bezpečnosti potravin. Jsou uvedeny i standardy a přístupy, které jsou mezinárodně uznávané v managementu kvality a potravinářském průmyslu. Jsou jimi například ISO normy a iniciativa GFSI. Praktická část seznamuje s firmou AHOLD Czech Republic, a.s., jejím systémem managementu kvality a způsobem výběru dodavatelů. Její přístup a postupy jsou poté analyzovány a navrhnuta některá řešení ke zlepšení procesů i stavu. Jsou zmíněny i další faktory, které ovlivňují výběr dodavatelů, jako je CSR společnosti apod. |

| Abstract: | In the theoretical part of this thesis, there can be found some legislative requirements, that are necessary to be performed during a selection of suppliers and food safety management, such as ISO standards and GFSI. The indtroduction of the company AHOLD Czech Republic, a.s. follows. Some readers can get to know about its quality management and about the method of selection of suppliers there. After that I analyse it and suggest some measures to improve the process. I also mention some other factors, which influence the method of selection of suppliers, such as CSR of the company. |
