| Abstract: | Diplomovu práci jsem rozdělila do dvou základních částí. První část je teoreticko-metodologická a druhá část praktická. V teoretické části se věnuji základům logistiky, zejména pak logistickému řetězci, který je spjat s automobilovým průmyslem. V praktické části se věnuji předsériové logistice ve firmě ŠKODA AUTO a.s., zejména analýze zvláštního skladu 29, který spadá pod předsériovou logistiku. Na základě metody snímkování a pozorování jsem analyzovala chod skladu a navrhla řešení, která by vedla k optimalizaci skladu. Dále jsem navrhla implementaci nového informačního systému, který by zajistil tzv. "bezpapírový chod" skladu. |

| Abstract: | Thesis consist of two parts. The first part investigates theoretical aspects of logistics focused mainly on logistic chains in the automotive industry. The second, practical part, analysis Pre-series Logistics at Skoda Auto a.s., especially its specific warehouse number 29. Based on the method of "snapshot" process analysis, a new concept leading to an optimization of processes in the warehouse, was proposed. In addition, an implemantation of a new information "paper-free system" of the warehouse was suggested. |
