| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce nabízí ekonomický a právní pohled na vnější obchod Evropské unie. První část ukazuje postavení EU ve světovém obchodu se zbožím a službami, teritoriální, komoditní strukturu a rozdíly mezi členskými zeměmi. V druhé části jsou uvedeny základy evropské obchodní politiky, její principy a napojení na multilaterální úpravu v rámci GATT a WTO. Závěrečná část práce se zabývá autonomními a smluvními nástroji obchodní politiky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis provides economic and legal view of the external trade of the European Union. The first part shows the position of EU in world trade in goods and services, territorial and commodity structure and differences between Member States. The second section provides the basis for European trade policy, its principles and links to the multilateral rules of GATT and WTO. The final part of the paper deals with autonomous and the conventional instruments of commercial policy. |
