| Abstract: | Tato práce chce skromným způsobem přispět k diskusi o slučitelnosti demokratických způsobů výkonů moci s islámem. Cílem práce je analyzovat slučitelnost islámu a demokratických hodnot, prospěšnost a udržitelnost represivní politiky konzervativních elit islámských zemí, a také možnost demokratizace skrze vojenské intervence. |

| Abstract: | This paper deals with compatibility of islam and democratic values. The main goal is to analyze compatibility of islam and democratic values. But it also deals with current policy of conservative elites and possibility to import democracy to muslim countries through hard power. |
