| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trhu práce v okrese Trutnov. Zaměřuje se především na nezaměstnanost a volná pracovní místa. V teoretické části se práce věnuje charakteristikám trhu práce z pohledu mikroekonomie a dále z pohledu náplně činnosti úřadu práce. Další kapitola, analytická část, je pak zaměřená na analýzu trhu práce v okrese Trutnov především po roce 2000. Zaměřuje se především na nezaměstnanost a její příčiny. Podává odpovědi na čtyři stanovené hypotézy, ve kterých se zaměřuje na nezaměstnanost mladistvých, osob se změněnou pracovní schopností, dále na počet zaměstnávaných cizinců v okrese a také porovnává jednotlivé charakteristiky trhu práce v okrese vzhledem ke kraji a k České republice. Cílem práce je setřídit údaje charakterizující trh práce a podat odpověď na čtyři hypotézy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of labour market in the district of Trutnov. It focuses all above on unemployment and vacancies. The theoretical chapter treats of the characteristics of labour market in the perspective of microeconomics and further from the perspective of activities of labour offices. Next chapter, the analytical part, is then focused on the analysis of the labour market in the district of Trutnov especially after year 2000. It focuses primarily on unemployment and its causes. It presents answers to the four hypotheses which are focused on unemployment of school leavers and teenagers, persons with reduced working capacity, as well as the number of foreigners employed in the district and also compares the different characteristics of the labour market in the district to the whole region and to the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to sort out the data characterizing the labour market and give answers to the four hypotheses. |
