| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou trhu kurýrních, expresních a balíkových služeb a samotného produktu DPD Intercontinental. V analýze trhu je věnována pozornost jak nynějšímu stavu trhu, tak trendům vývoje. Produkt DPD Intercontinental je zkoumán z mnoha hledisek, zejména ve vztahu ke konkurenčním nabídkám. Výsledkem je SWOT analýza produktu na jejímž základě je určen cíl pro produkt DPD Intercontinental. Cíle má být naplěno realizací navržených opatření. |

| Abstract: | The submitted diploma thesis deals with the courier, express and parcel market and the product DPD Intercontinental. The courier, express and parcel market is analyzed in terms of today's state of the market as well as trends of the market changes. Product DPD Intercontinental is examined from many points of views, particularly related to competitive situation on the market. As a result is presented SWOT analysis and on its basis is determined goal for the product in question. The goal should be fulfilled by realization of suggested measures. |
