| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovou diskriminací a postavením ženy na trhu práce České republiky. Existuje u nás rozdíl v odměňování žen a mužů na stejné pozici? Pokud ano, jak velký je tento mzdový rozdíl? Mají ženy a muži rovné příležitostí? Těmito i dalšími otázkami se práce zabývá, ale hlavním cílem je potvrdit nebo vyvrátit existenci diskriminace v pracovním procesu a analyzovat trh práce za rok 2008. Zdrojem informací mi byl dokument "Zaostřeno na ženy a muže 2009", který na svých internetových stránkách poskytuje ČSÚ. Závěr práce obsahuje odpovědi na položené otázky a můj subjektivní názor na tuto problematiku. |

| Abstract: | Thesis of this study is concerned with gender discrimination and involves position of women in the labor market of the Czech Republic. Exists the pay gap between women and men in the same position? If so, how much is the wage gap? Do have women and men the same opportunities? These and other questions are solved in my work, but the main objective is to confirm or disprove the existence of discrimination in the work process and analyze labor market in 2008. The main source of information was the document "Focus on women and men 2009", which on its website provides a CSO. Conclusion of this work contains answers to the questions and my subjective opinions. |
