| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je věnována zejména praktické aplikaci zákona směnečného a šekového č. 191/1950 Sb. V úvodu je nejprve obecně pojednáno o významu a funkci platební podmínky v kupních smlouvách. Následující kapitoly se zabývají popisem směnky a šeku jakožto platebních instrumentů a především jejich užití v praxi a interpretaci zákona směnečného a šekového z roku 1950. |
