| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na zjištění informovanosti spotřebitelů ohledně značení potravin. Analyzována jsou primární data. Šetření je prováděno metodou dotazníku. Praktickou část práce dále tvoří průzkum etiket potravin podezřelých z obsahu azobarviv, které mohou mít nepříznivý vliv na lidské zdraví. Cílem práce je vytvoření databáze těchto potravin a ověření stanovených hypotéz týkajících se označování etiket. |

| Abstract: | This work is focusing principally on the finding the consumers'informedness of the foodstuff labeling. The primary data are being analyzed. Examination is practiced with the questionnaire-method. The practical part consists of the research of the foodstuff, that can contain azo-dyes, which can have some adverse reaction to the human health. The aim of the work is database creation of this foodstuff and examination of the defined hypothesis related to the foodstuff labelling. |
