| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o kvalitě služeb v bankovním sektoru. Cílem práce je zjistit zda konkrétní bankovní instituce splňuje požadavky zákazníků. Na základě provedené analýzy v podobě dotazníku se identifikují nedostatky a následně stanoví cesty ke zlepšení bankovních služeb v konkrétní instituci. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis describes the quality of banking services. The main aim of thesis is to find out how specific bank institution satisfies demands of clients. On basis of made analysis in a form of a questionnaire the deficiences are identified and consequently the ways leading to the improvement of banking services are fixed. |
