| Abstract: | Moje diplomová práce přinese detailní pohled na podnikatelské prostředí Demokratické republiky Kongo, doplněný o charakteristiku obchodních a kulturních zvláštností země. Po seznámení se základními údaji o Kongu postupně za pomocí PEST analýzy zhodnotím politicko-právní, sociální, kulturní a ekonomické prostředí země. V poslední kapitole dám i doporučení pro české exportéry na konžský trh, založené na předešlých obchodních zkušenostech českých firem. Přínosem mé práce bude poskytnutí dostatečného množství informací o Kongu, které pomohou podnikatelům při rozhodování o vstupu na trh. |

| Abstract: | My diploma thesis will bring a detailed view of business environment in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including characteristics of business and culture differences of the country. After introducing some basic facts about Congo I will use PEST analysis to assess political, legal, social, cultural and economic environment of the country. I will also make some recommendations for Czech exporters to the Congolese market based on the previous experience of Czech companies with doing business in Congo. My goal is to bring comprehensive information about Congo, which can help to the investors in making decision about whether to enter or not the market. |
