| Abstract: | Cílem práce je ocenit podnik Poděbradka, a.s. k 1.1.2010 výnosovou metodou DCF a porovnat tuto subjektivní hodnotu s prodejní cenou podniku v roce 2006. Diplomová práce zahrnuje teoreticko-metodologickou část, která slouží jako základna pro aplikační část. V aplikační části je provedena strategická a finanční analýza podniku. Následuje finanční plán a samotné ocenění metodou DCF entity ve variantě FCFF. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the company Poděbradka, a.s. at 1.1.2010 with the yield DCF method and to compare this subjective price with sale price of the company in 2006. Diploma thesis involves theoretical part which stands as a basis for practical part. There is strategic and financial analysis in the practical part followed by financial plan and the evaluation with the DCF entity method in FCFF alternative. |
