| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá kvalitou, systémy managementu kvality a dále se věnuje souboru norem ISO řady 9000, konkrétně normu ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. Praktická část je věnována analýze stavu systému managementu ve společnosti 3E Praha Engineering, a.s. a změnám, které je nutné provést k tomu, aby byla společnost připravena na certifikaci systému managementu podle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. Zároveň jsou zde uvedena doporučení k dalšímu zlepšování systému managementu kvality. |

The practical part is dedicated to analysis of management system in society 3E Praha Engineering, a.s. and changes which are necessary to ensure that the company was prepared for certification of management system according to ISO 9001:2009. At the same time there are given recommendations for further improvement of the quality management system. |
