| Abstract: | Cílem práce je vytvoření nového modelu firemní kultury, který bude umožňovat ohodnocení její úrovně, a to s důrazem na snadnou aplikovatelnost a finanční nenáročnost oproti stávajícím, běžně používaným, modelům. Vytváření nového OC-4 modelu bylo na základě propojení poznatků z odborné literatury, nápadů autora a příkladů z praxe. Funkčnost modelu byla ověřena na dvou firmách, a to formou strukturovaných a nestrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výsledky modelu byly analyzovány a následně diskutovány. V závěru práce je shrnutí a doporučení každé firmě. Nový OC-4model se prokázal jako model funkční a nenáročný, své cíle tedy splnil. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this Bachelor thesis is the creating of new model of organization culture which can make organization culture possible to be evaluated with the emphasis on easy applicability and financial modesty in comparison to other commonly-used models. The creating of OC-4 model was based on the connections between the pices of knowledge from second bibliografy, author's ideas and the examples of practice. Functionality of the model was verified by applying the new model to two organizations through the structured and unstructed talks. The results of the model were analyzed and consequently discussed. The résumé and recommendations are situated in the end of Bachelor thesis. The new OC-4 model demonstrated his functionality and modesty so the targets met. |
