| Abstract: | Náplní práce bylo stanovit hodnotu společnosti Moravia Steel a.s. na základě výnosů, konkrétně diskontovaných volných peněžních toků pro firmu (FCFF). V jednotlivých částech práce jsem zhodnotil finanční zdraví společnosti, vymezil relevatní trh, provedl strategickou analýzu, definoval provozně nutná a nepotřebná aktiva, vytvořil finanční plán společnosti, stanovil náklady na kapitál, vypočítal volné peněžní toky a nakonec stanovil hodnotu společnosti. Pro stanovení hodnoty společnosti jsem použil dvě období, v prvních diskontoval peněžní toky jednotlivých let a sečetl, druhé období je tzv. pokračující hodnota. Součtem obou hodnot jsem dostal hodnotu společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The contents of this work was to determine the value of Moravia Steel a.s. on the basis of income, namely the discounted free cash flow to firm (FCFF). In particular parts of the work I have reviewed the financial health of the company, defined the market, carried out strategic analysis, defined operationally necessary and unnecessary assets, created a financial plan for the company, provided the cost of capital, computed free cash flow and ultimately determine the value of the company. To determine the value of the company I used two periods, the first discount the cash flows each year and summed up, the second period is called continuing value. The sum of the values I get the value of the company. |
