| Abstract: | Diplomová práce vymezuje prvky autorsko-právní ochrany a duševního vlastnictví, jež hrají zásadní úlohu při vývoji softwaru. Obsahuje obecné zhodnocení současného fungování autorsko-právní ochrany a její dynamiku v nejbližší budoucnosti, která se odvíjí jak od situace na trhu IT, tak změn struktury zákazníků a jejich požadavků. Mapuje zpětnou vazbu mezi autorsko-právními problémy a některými podnikovými procesy doprovázejícími technickou stránku vývoje softwaru a jeho úprav, propojení softwaru s produkty třetích stran a návaznost na autorsko-právní problematiku při využívání softwarových vývojových nástrojů, typů distribuce a základních funkcí propagace při ochraně počítačových programů. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis defines the elements of legal protection of copyright and intellectual property rights, which plays an important role in nowadays software development. It contains a general evaluation of the legal protection of copyright and its dynamics in the near future, which depends on the situation on the IT market, changes in the structure of customers, including their requirements. Maps the feedback between copyright law and the problems of business processes accompanying technical side of software development and modifications. Maps software links with third party products, development tools and its relationship to copyright issues. It describes distribution models and promotion to promote protection of computer programs. |
