| Abstract: | Práce obsahuje teoretická a metodoligická východiska pro fungování controllingového oddělení se zaměřením na proces reportingu. Praktická aplikace je znázorněna na rozboru manažerských reportů nadnárodní farmaceutické společnosti. Práce vyhodnocuje přínos controllingového oddělení pro podnik a popisuje změny, ke kterým došlo v průběhu existence podniku, a které měly dopad na fungování controllingového oddělení. |
