| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit s problematikou oceňování. Nejprve se budu věnovat základní terminologii oceňování majetku. Dále rozeberu jednotlivé druhy nemovitosti a jejich názvosloví. V další částí bude pojednání o katastru nemovitostí a jeho funkcích. V závěru metodologické části popíšu metody oceňování, a to jak tržní, tak administrativní. Pro lepší pochopení problematiky ukázkově ocením byt. |
