| Abstract: | V práci vyhodnocuji legislativní úpravu povinnosti lékaře informovat pacienta o zdravotním stavu, povaze onemocnění a potřebných výkonech a jejich realizaci v praxi. Dále uvádím právní vymezení týkající se odpovědnosti lékařů při zákroku, kterému nepředcházel souhlas pacienta. Důraz kladu především na právní vymezení těchto institutů a případné odpovědnostní vztahy v této problematice. |

| Abstract: | I analyze the legislative action of doctor's obligation to inform patients about health and the nature of the disease and their implementation in practice. Furthermore, present legal definition of the responsibilities of doctors in surgery,which was not preceded patient's consent. I accentuate the legal definition of these tenses institutes and potential torts in this issue. |
