| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je odhadnout tržní hodnotu společnosti Hotel Slavia, spol. s r.o. k 1. 1. 2010 za účelem prodeje podniku prozatím neznámému kupujícímu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny teoretické aspekty a postupy pro oceňování podniku. V druhé části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Nejprve je představen předmět a účel ocenění, následuje strategická analýza, finanční analýza a finanční plán. Ocenění podniku je provedeno metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků pro vlastníky. Výsledná hodnota je srovnána s účetní hodnotou podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of the Hotel Slavia, Ltd. at 1st January 2010 in order to sell the company to an unknown buyer. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part involves the theoretical aspects and methods of valuation of the company. In the second part, theoretical knowledge is applied to the selected firm. First of all the object and the purpose of valuation are introduced. They are followed by a strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan. Valuation is performed with the use of the discounted cash flow to the equity. The resulting value is compared with a book value of the firm. |
