| Abstract: | V diplomové práci byla analyzována situace při založení Českomoravské stavební spořitelny v roce 1993. V teoretické části byly uvedeny postupy, které měly být dodrženy a v praktické části byla analyzována reálná situace při zakládání stavební spořitelny. Součástí teoretické části jsou např. analýza PEST, SWOT analýza, druhy strategického vstupu na trh. Praktická část se týká vlastního založení ČMSS v roce 1993 a aplikování skutečností do výše uvedených analýz. V závěrečné části je provedena analýza současné konkurence ČMSS a zhodnocen budoucí pravděpodobný vývoj odvětví. Závěr je věnován také zhodnocení úspěšnosti založení ČMSS. |

| Abstract: | The tesis is analyzing the establishing situation of the Českomoravská stavební spořitelna in the year 1993. In the theoretical part are pointed out the basic methods necessary to observe during the establishment of a corporation. The metods are e.g. PEST analysis, SWOT analysis or the style of strategic enter on the market. In the practical part are analyzed the real conditions during the establisment of the ČMSS. In the conclusion is summarized the comparison of the theoretical and practical part and is pointed out that not every establishment follows above recommended metods. |
