| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma "Podnikatelský plán" popisuje jednotlivé kroky, které jsou potřebné podstoupit před otevřením vlastního podniku. Cílem práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán pro obchod s orientálními lahůdkami a zhodnotit, zda je tento podnikatelský záměr reálný a konkurenceschopný. Bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy související s podnikáním a vymezeny legislativní aspekty, kterým by měl začínající podnikatel věnovat pozornost. V praktické části je vypracován podnikatelský plán obchodu s orientálními potravinami. Obsahuje popis produktů, analýzu odvětví, marketingový plán a finanční plán s výhledem na prvních 5 let podnikání. Tento projekt může sloužit jako podklad pro řízení podniku, zároveň může být předložen peněžním organizacím při žádosti o finanční podporu. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis of theme "Business plan" describes single steps need to be done before opening the company. The aim of this thesis is to create business plan of shop with oriental delicatessen and to evaluate if the plan is realistic and competitive. Bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The main terms, related to enterprise and legal aspects to which entrepreneur should pay attention are described in the theoretical part. Business plan of shop with oriental food is created in the practical part. It includes the description of products, the analysis of the company's environment, the marketing plan and the financial plan with prospects for the first 5 years of entrepreneurship. This business plan may be used as a fundamental document for leading the business and also may be tabled to financial institutions as a requisition for money subvention. |
