| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je strategická analýza podniku z kategorie malých podniků, působícího v elektrotechnickém odvětví. Cílem práce je identifikace příležitostí a hrozeb z okolí podniku, silných a slabých stránek podniku, syntéza a formulace doporučení pro strategii podniku na základě poznatků zjištěných strategickou analýzou. Práce je členěna do dvou částí, a to do teoreticko-metodologické části a do části aplikační. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the work is the strategic analysis of the company from the category of small enterprises operating in the Electrical engineering industry. Object of the work is to identify opportunities, and threats from around the company, strengths and weaknesses of the company, synthesis and formulation of recommendations for a strategy on the basis of knowledge of strategic analysis. The work is divided into two parts; to the theoretically-methodological section and to the section of the application. |
