| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika motivace a především pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců hotelu Panorama.Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit ucelený pohled na problematiku pracovní spokojenosti, provést analýzu pracovní spokojenosti v hotelu Panorama, vyhodnotit získaná data a na jejich základě formulovat vhodná opatření a doporučení k odstranění nespokojenosti v jednotlivých oblastech. |
