| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit primární důvody pro zavádění normativních systémů řízení (kvality, environmentu a bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci) ve stavebních společnostech podnikajících v České republice. Dílčími cíli jsou pak zhodnocení přínosu těchto systémů a jejich vypovídací schopnosti. Dále práce popisuje historická východiska daných podoblastí managementu, subjekty, které v této oblasti působí, legislativní a normativní rámec, kterým se tyto systémy řídí a stručně nastiňuje teoretické aspekty, tedy principy a zásady, těchto systémů řízení. Záměrem práce je zasazení problematiky těchto systémů řízení do širších souvislostí a otevření diskuse na téma vypovídací schopnosti certifikátů o shodě s požadavky relevantních norem. |

| Abstract: | The Main objectives is to identify the primary reasons for the introduction of normative control systems (quality, environment and safety healty at work) in building companies in the Czech Republic. Milestones are then evaluate the benefits of these systems and their explanatory power. Further part of work describes the historical background of the sub-systems of management, legislative and regulatory framework, which is governed by these systems and briefly outlines the theoretical aspects, namely the principals and the management systems. The aim of this work is planting problems of this systems in the broader context and open discussion on the topic explanatory power of certificates of conformity to relevant standards. |
