| Abstract: | V teoretické části se bakalářská práce zabývá podnikatelským plánem, jeho součásti a možnosti využití. V této práci jsou probrané různé druhy podnikatelských plánů dle podrobnosti. V druhé části, je nastíněna jedna z možných součástí podnikatelského plánu a to studie proveditelnosti. V praktické části je zpracován konkrétní podnikatelský záměr založení firmy, která se zabývá konzultací a prodejem zboží technického charakteru pro ropný a stavební průmysl. |

| Abstract: | The theoretical part of the thesis deals with business plans, their components and possible uses. Various types of business plans are discussed according to the amount of details they share. The second part covers feasibility study a specific part of a business plan. A particular business plan for establishing a company concerned with consulting and sales of technical products for the oil and construction industry is considered to conclude the practical part of the thesis. |
