| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Trh hypotečních úvěrů se zabývá analýzou vývoje trhu úvěrů na bydlení od roku 1995 a analýzou a komparací nejčastěji využívaných forem financování bydlení v České republice. Těmi jsou hypoteční úvěr, úvěry ze stavebního spoření a vzájemná kombinace těchto produktů. Jednotlivé produkty jsou srovnávány podle vybraných kritérií, které mají při rozhodování o vhodném způsobu financování bydlení pro žadatele o úvěr zásadní vliv. Na základě výsledků je stanoveno doporučení pro financování bydlení na současném hypotečním trhu v České republice. |

| Abstract: | Thesis "Market of Mortgage Credits"deals with analysis of the market development of own living loans since 1995 and the analysis and comparison of the most frequently used forms of the own living financing in the Czech Republic. These are mortgage loans, building savings loans and mutual combination of these products. Individual products are compared according to the selected criteria, that have major impact on decision about the appropriate way of own living financing.. On the base of the results the recommendations for own living financing in present mortgage market in the Czech Republic are provided. |
