| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá charakteristikou finančního leasingu a spotřebitelského úvěru, způsoby jejich účtování, daňovým zatížením, odrazem operací v účetních výkazech a především pak analýzou rozdílu obou variant. Výstupem práce je stanovení, která z metod financování je výhodnější a dále pak porovnání jednotlivých druhů finančních leasingů. |

The output of this thesis is statement, witch of the financial methods is preferable a than comparison of different types of financial leasing. |
