| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část definuje jednotlivé pojmy jako proces, procesní řízení či conrolling. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku podniku a analýzu současné metody kalkulace nákladů. Ve třetí části jsou navrhnuty možnosti zlepšení dané metody kalkulace nákladů. |
