| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat podnikatelské prostředí Papui Nové Guinei a upozornit na vybrané obchodní a kulturní zvláštnosti. První kapitola obsahuje geografické údaje, informace o obyvatelstvu, jeho jazyku a náboženství. Obsahem druhé kapitoly jsou informace a data důležitá pro potencionální podnikatele a investory. Zabývám se zde ekonomickou a politickou situací, stejně jako možnostmi podnikání, daňovým zatížením a překážkami obchodu.Součástí této kapitoly je i vzájemný obchod s Evropskou unií a Českou republikou. Poslední kapitola mé práce je věnována obchodním a kulturním zvyklostem, která jsou důležitá pro obchodování s partnery z Papui Nové Guinei. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse corporate environment of Papua New Guinea regarding business and cultural customs. In the fisrt chapter I provide information on geography, people and their languages, education and religion. The second part of this work is focussed on economic and political situation as well as possibilities to do business, obstacles of doing business and tax burden. The trade between Papua New Guinea and European Union and the Czech Republic are also mentioned in this part. In the last chapter I wanted to highlight some of the business and cultural customs which are important to do business with Papua New Guinea sucessfully. |
