| Abstract: | Zahraniční obchod provází člověka již od té doby, kdy zjistil, že některé předměty může místo výroby získat směnou zboží za zboží. Nejinak tomu je i s riziky, která jsou se zahraničním obchodem neoddělitelně spojena. Celá práce se dělí na tři hlavní části. V první se zaměří na rozčlenění a charakteristiku rizik zahraničního obchodu z hlediska jejich vzniku. V druhé, budou detailně popsány nejrozšířenější prostředky prevence a zajištění komerčních rizik v dnešní době. Třetí část práce se pak zaměřuje na analýzu dvou obchodních případů firmy SOMA spol. s.r.o., na kterých jsou demonstrovány popsané zajišťovací prostředky. |

| Abstract: | International trade goes hand in hand with the humankind since man discovered the fact that some items could be exchanged for others. It is the same with risks which are bounded with international trade since its beginning. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is focused on defining and characterizing risks of international trade according to their origin. The second part describes the most common ways how to avoid these risks. The third part contains detailed analysis of two transactions of the company SOMA spol. s.r.o. on which is this knowledge demonstrated. |
