| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou limit rozvoje studentské organizace Erasmus Student Network (ESN) na národní úrovni České republiky. V teoretické části práce je rozebrána problematika neziskových organizací a specifik souvisejících zejména s dobrovolnictvím, motivací a stimulací členů studentských a mládežnických organizací. Empirická část je poté zaměřena na fungování ESN a analýzu limit spojených především s motivací, spokojeností a vnímáním příslušnosti k mezinárodní síti studentských spolků. V práci je využito nejen studia literárních pramenů, aktuálních internetových zdrojů i interních dokumentů organizace, ale také poznatků získaných během rozhovorů s reprezentanty a vlastní zkušenosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on analysis of development limits in an european interdisciplinary student association called Erasmus Student Network (ESN). The main aim of the theoretical part is to clear up issues linked with non-governmental organizations, volunteering and specifics in motivation of volunteers. Practical part then directly focuses on ESN and research within their members. The research is connected with motivation, satisfaction and identification with the international association. Within the thesis there are used information from actual literature and trustworthy internet sources as well as information gained from ESN representatives and my own experience. |
