| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit tržní hodnotu společnosti Škoda Auto, a.s. k 1. 1. 2009 s použitím metody diskontovaných peněžních toků. Podnik je oceněn z pohledu investora, který má možnost diverzifikovat své portfolio. První část práce je věnována metodologii ocenění. Následuje finanční a strategická analýza, která se zabývá vývojem automobilového odvětví a makroekonomického okolí podniku. Na základě analýz jsou sestaveny generátory hodnot a finanční plán. V závěrečné části je podnik oceněn metodou DCF Entity. Jako alternativní metoda je uvedena metoda tržního porovnání. |

Next part is devoted to strategic and financial analysis. Both analyses were used for the prognosis of value creator and construction of financial plan. At last chapter there is final valuation carried out using DFC entity method. The market comparison is the additional method |
