| Abstract: | V úvodní, teoretické části této bakalářské práce je popsán teoretický základ modelů analýzy obalu dat (se zaměřením na CCR a BCC modely) a na jednoduchých příkladech je ukázán jejich princip. Cílem této práce je provést analýzu efektivnosti poboček GE Money Bank, a.s., pomocí popsaných modelů. Volba vstupů a výstupů bankovních poboček vychází ze zahraničních studií, uvedených v druhé části práce. Dalším cílem je zahrnutí faktoru potenciálu bankovních poboček, který je zde chápán jako výše průměrné hrubé mzdy v daném regionu. Toho bylo dosaženo úpravou výchozích dat pomocí poměru průměrné hrubé měsíční mzdy v České republice a průměrné hrubé měsíční mzdy v daném kraji. V závěrečné části práce jsou porovnány výsledky získané při výpočtu na základě původních dat, s výsledky, dosaženými po úpravě dat. |

| Abstract: | In the first, theoretical part of this bachelor thesis the theoretical basis of data envelopment analysis (focusing on the CCR and BCC models) is described and its principle is illustrated with the simple examples. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the efficiency of GE Money Bank branches, using the models described in the first part. The choice of inputs and outputs of bank branches is based on foreign studies, referred to in the second part. Another goal is the inclusion of the factor of potential of bank branches, which is understood here as the average gross wage in the given region. This was achieved by the modification of original data using the ratio of average gross monthly wage in the Czech republic and the average gross monthly wage in the given region. There are compared the results obtained by a calculation based on the original data and the results achieved after adjusting the data, in the final part of the thesis. |
