| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je teoreticky uchopit problematiku mezilidských vztahů na pracovišti se zaměřením na jejich negativní stránku, přesněji tedy na psychický teror na pracovišti. Teoretická část pojednává o existenci a typech mezilidských vztahů na pracovišti, o sociální interakci a komunikaci mezi pracovníky. Větší část je zaměřena na konflikty na pracovišti a především na bossing. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé fáze, příčiny a strategie. Dále je zde uvedena typologii pachatelů, následky, které psychický teror na pracovišti způsobuje a na závěr i možný způsob obrany. V Praktické části je teorie demonstrována na konkrétním reálném případě formou případové studie. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to theoretically describe the problems of work relationships, focusing on the negative side, thus the psychcal terror at workplaces. The theoretical part discusses the existence and types of work relations, social interaction and communication between workers. The larger part is focused on conflicts in the workplace and especially the bossing. There are described the various stages, causes and strategies. Furthermore, there is introduced a typology of offenders, the consequences of that psychological terror at workplaces and in the end causes and possible method of defense. The practical part of the theory is demonstrated on a specific real case by case study. |
