| Abstract: | Tato práce má za účel stanovit cenu společnosti Deloitte Audit s.r.o. a to zejména pro účely případných změn ve struktuře skupiny. Jedná se o zkrácenou a zjednodušenou verzi běžného oceňovacího posudku v rozsahu přibližně 30 stran, před použitím metody DCF Equity je provedena finanční a strategická analýza, dále je sestaven finanční plán z prognóz o generátorech hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | Objective of this thesis is to evaluate Deloitte Audit s.r.o. company especially for the purposes of possible changes in structure of the group. This is a shortened simple version of standard evaluation process within the range of about 30 pages. Before using of DCF Equity method, financial and strategic analyses are elaborated and then financial plan is build on base of value drivers estimates. |
